Phase Two · Weeks 9–20
Reconstruction and the Limits on Power
Nothing in this phase is published yet. Each Sunday essay and Thursday Freedom Note appears here at 12:00 a.m. Pacific on its publication date.
Phase Two resumes after the election: the Reconstruction and voting amendments, then separation of powers, federalism, emergency authority, oversight, judicial review, and lawful amendment. Titles are working titles.
Dates are publication dates, not deadlines for reading. Nothing on this schedule is timed to an election result, and every installment applies the same documented constitutional standards regardless of party or personality. For the fuller description of each week, see the series calendar.
